1. Nature of Platform
Puppyfy is a marketplace facilitator. All products, including live animals and pet-related items, are listed and fulfilled by third-party vendors. Puppyfy does not produce, own, or directly sell the items listed.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older to use our services.
You must provide accurate and verifiable information when placing orders or registering.
3. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for compliance with Indian animal welfare laws.
They must list pets and products with truthful descriptions, real images, and verified stock availability.
4. Prohibited Listings
No vendor may list wildlife species, banned breeds, or illegal items under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Wildlife Protection Act, or any other applicable law.
5. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, harass sellers, or attempt to sell/buy prohibited species.
6. Limitation of Liability
Puppyfy is not responsible for product quality or health issues of pets.
We act as a platform provider only, and all purchase disputes must be resolved between buyers and vendors.
